Necklace Hints
Hint 1 — Necklace
The necklace was found in the black scrunchie — who does this scrunchie belong to?
If you're not sure, examine the other item found in the scrunchie: a "Fredericksburg" keychain. Who does the keychain belong to?
Hint 2 — Necklace
If you're not sure who the Fredericksburg keychain belongs to, read the Employee Disciplinary Report and the En Pointe brochure.
Hint 3 — Necklace
The Fredericksburg keychain belongs to Priya Reed (who's from Fredericksburg — see the En Pointe Brochure). Ella stole it from Priya and didn't return it (see the Employee Disciplinary Report).

Hint 4 — Necklace
Odessa's practice notes reveal that she believes her necklace was stolen. Ella stole Priya's keychain, and Ella has an issue with stealing, generally (see the "Shoplifter Wall of Shame" photo). Also, Ella doesn't like Odessa (see the notes she exchanged with Leonie). We can infer that Ella stole Odessa's necklace — like she stole Priya's keychain — and has been keeping it in her scrunchie.
The necklace is Odessa's.

The Nuvo website says Clarisse Voss died in childbirth on November 2nd, 1996 and left behind a newborn infant and husband. Clarisse likely passed away in Seattle, where Nuvo is located.

The title and content of Jonas' blog posts and his letter to Odessa show Jonas believes this adoption record reflects a big secret that's been kept from Odessa.
Odessa has Clarisse Voss' necklace.
Hint 5 — Preston's Will
Maya is Preston Voss' daughter, and Maya has a half-sibling (see the "HerediTrace" results). Who could Maya's half-sibling be?
Hint 6 — Preston's Will
Odessa is Clarisse's daughter. Clarisse died giving birth to her only child. Clarisse's child was born on the same day and city as Odessa, and Odessa has Clarisse's necklace.
Preston's will mentions his late wife "Clarisse Voss" and mentions their "surviving biological child". Since Clarisse only had one child, this child must be Odessa. This makes Preston Odessa's biological father and Maya Odessa's half-sister (which Maya knew).
